Like going for a manicure all you need to do is surrender your hand to God and allow Him to give you the gift he has intended for you - no matter where your hands have been.

 

Exercise : that’s our part

among other things we explore:

“stretching” by living on the edge of our faith

“weight lifting” by surrendering the weight of sin and troubles to God 

“cardio” where we offer God our true heart.
